How To Use:
1. After loading the battery or pressing POWER, the LCD will display in full screen, and the buzzer beep and enter the setting state of guest number.
2. Press SET to enter height – weight – age – gender settings; Setting process according to ▲/▼ can be adjusted to the desired setting, guest number, age each increase or decrease 1 unit, height increase or decrease 0.5cm, weight increase or decrease 0.2kg, gender between men and women conversion; Continue to hold ▲/▼ 2 seconds can enter the fast adjustment state.
3. After data setting, press START, and hold the handle with both hands to measure the corresponding fat percentage, basal metabolic value and BMI value.
4. The test results can be divided into Emaciated, Standard, Conceal Corpulent, Muscle Corpulent and Corpulent by visual measurement to show body fat rate and body type.
5. In the measurement results, E1 may be caused by too dry hands in the test, E2 is caused by not holding hands well, E3 is beyond the range tested by the body fat machine.
6. If the test is stopped for more than 2 minutes, the system will automatically shut down. Press POWER to start again.
